Please read the attached official answer from the AZ Dept. of Enviromental quality regarding my letter to investigate the cause of elevated level of barium in the blood of 12 Mohave County Residents.
Please notice that the Director of Air quality division mention the name "chemtrails" and defines it as "described as a systematic high altitude release of chemical substances"...
I never mention the word chemtrails in my official letter to the governor.

About 3 months ago a Mohave County Resident, Mr. Alan Di Cicco, after feeling very ill for a long time, he did test his blood for Barium, Aluminum and other toxic metals.
His blood test results were alarming. The maximum levels according to Labcore labs for the BARIUM (a toxic element) is 2 and Quest Labs is 10...
Mr. Di Cicco levels were 150!! About 1500% above the maximum levels!
After witnessing the last few years an abnormal traffic of low flight unidentified jets leaving trails that do not disappear, Mr. Di Cicco made some researches and learned about "chemtrails" and "weather modification".
Independents labs test by KSLA news it confirms Barium in chemtrails!
After learning from Mr. Di Cicco's barium results, other residents from Mohave County (Kingman, Golden Valley), and also Phoenix and Texas did the same test for Barium and Aluminum.The results were shocking. Mr. Di Cicco results were not an anomaly.

There is a documented public health problem in Mohave County that requires public officials, who have the authority and means, to fulfill their legal and moral obligations to investigate the source of the toxins that citizens are being exposed to at extreme levels, to the degree that laboratory blood tests of diverse citizens are registering consistently alarming results, including over 12,500% above normal maximum levels for barium, a chemical not found in the natural environment.
A Mohave County Resident, Mr. Alan Di Cicco, after feeling unusually ill for months, tested his blood for Barium, Aluminum and other toxic metals. His blood test results were alarming: the maximum levels according to Labcore labs for the BARIUM (a toxic element) is 2 and Quest Labs maximum is 10, yet Mr. Di Cicco levels result 150, 7,500% above the maximum level.
Here is the summary of our sample project:

1) I am omitting the last names and of the people in our test for privacy reasons.

2) 17 individuals voluntary did the test for Barium and Aluminum.
Only 4 people did come back with no levels of Barium in their blood. 13 were positive!!!

3) The area where the volunteers live is between Golden Valley (AZ), Kingman (AZ), Dallas (TX), Phoenix (AZ).
Nobody of them works in a risk industrial envoriment. Most of them works or spend most of the time outdoors.

4) Barium in our blood is toxic and dangerous. It creates immune systems problems and it can be cause of miscarriage according to several medical researches.

5) In today's date May 13 2011 we have received the following blood test results for Barium and Aluminum.
The results are shocking. Almost everybody that did test came back with extremely high levels of Barium.
The maximum levels according to Labcore labs is 2 and Quest is 10, and you please look at the numbers, most of us has over 1000% levels above the maximum.
Maybe due to indoor lifestyle, timing when the test was performed, different body type or who knows...
but the scary fact is that between Golden Valley, Kingman, Phoenix and Dallas Texas, most of us have one thing in common: Unexplainable extreme high levels of Barium in our Blood.
We supposed to have no Barium at all!!!

Some of us are on County or City water, some like myself I have my own well.
After the email from AZ Rep. Nancy McLain that insinuated that the Barium in Golden Valley could be because of "water haulers", (by the way Rep. McLain, none of us in the experiment water haul) I did perform the water test on my well, and absolutely no Barium was found.

c) We eat different food.

d) The only thing we have in common: we breath the same air!!

We demand to our Elected Representative in the State of Arizona to start an official investigation about this matter.
1) We want to know why we have such extreme high level of Barium in our blood.
2) Where is from.
3) How to stop it.
4) Who are the unmarked airplanes that constantly fly over our community leaving trails that become clouds?
5) What are the substances that these airplanes leave behind and become clouds?
